Description

A component of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test – positive and human specimen controls – that was used by CDC laboratorians in a hot lab within the Ebola Case Management Center in the Bo District, Sierra Leone to test thousands of samples for the Ebola virus from 2014 until the lab closed in early November 2015.
